1. What personal data does ImgConverter collect through its website?

Short version: We collect data that is necessary to provide our services to you, or data that can help us improve our services to you.

When you visit ImgConverter, we may collect your IP address for security, fraud-prevention, and service analytics. This information is processed by our hosting and infrastructure providers and may be stored in secure logs for a limited retention period. We also work with selected third-party providers (e.g., analytics, error monitoring, customer support) that may process personal data when their features are used. 1.1 Account

ImgConverter is free to use and does not require an account. We do not offer subscriptions and we do not ask you to register or sign in to use the service.

We do not collect or store account credentials (e.g., email, password), billing details, or subscription information.

We do not support social sign-in (e.g., Google or Facebook) for using the core service.

If we introduce optional accounts in the future (e.g., to save preferences), we will update this policy in advance and clearly describe what data would be collected, the purpose, and the retention period.

Note: If you voluntarily contact us (e.g., via email or a support form), we will process the information you provide solely to respond to your request, and delete it within a reasonable period unless we are required to keep it by law.

1.2 Payment

ImgConverter is currently free to use. We do not charge fees, sell subscriptions, or process any payments for access to our services.

We do not collect or store payment card details or any billing information.

We do not use payment processors (e.g., Stripe, Braintree, PayPal) and do not use tax platforms (e.g., Quaderno).

1.3 File storage

Short version: We store all customer files on Amazon Web Services (Ireland).

We store all user files (including uploaded files, converted files, edited files, images and signature images) on Amazon Web Services ("AWS")'s Simple Storage Service (S3), based in Ireland.

Note that we do not access or view your files. We will only access or view your files with your explicit and written consent, unless such action is necessary to comply with legal procedures. You retain all rights and ownership of your files.

ImgConverter.cloud's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs within ImgConverter.cloud infrastructure will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not share any user information or files obtained through Google APIs to any third-party application.
